From Experience to Real Estate Leadership

1957 - The Beginning of a Legacy

Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company was founded, establishing a legacy built on quality, sustainability, and trusted project delivery.

1964 - Expanding to the Capital

Operations expanded to Riyadh, strengthening the company’s presence and supporting continued growth across the Kingdom.

1979 - 1991 | Building Communities

Integrated residential communities were developed across Al Khobar and Riyadh, introducing a new standard for modern community living.

1995 - A Retail Landmark

Al Rashid Mall opened in Al Khobar, becoming one of Saudi Arabia’s leading retail destinations.

2006 - Strategic Expansion

A major expansion transformed Al Rashid Mall into an integrated mixed-use destination.

2008 - Expanding into Hospitality

Al Rashid Residences opened as a premium serviced residential development connected to Al Rashid Mall.

2010 - Portfolio Diversification

The portfolio expanded with residential and office developments in Riyadh and Al Khobar.

2020 - Danah Real Estate

Danah Real Estate was established as the dedicated real estate arm of Al Rashid Trading & Contracting, leading development, investment, and asset management in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

2021 - Hospitality Excellence

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar opened within Al Rashid District, strengthening the integrated mixed-use development.

2022 - Integrated Facility Management

Danah Integrated was launched to provide professional facility management services that support asset performance and sustainability.

2023 - Reimagining Al Rashid Mall

A comprehensive redevelopment of Al Rashid Mall was launched with an investment of approximately SAR 800 million, enhancing the retail and leisure experience.
